"Ciao", Hello, Hi in Italian!

My name is Andréia Rech, and I've been studying the wonderful Italian language for 16 years!

I am of Italian descent and have always been passionate about this language. Since I was a child I have lived with the dialect at home and, when the opportunity arose to study Italian Grammatical, I joined Speakeasy and since then they have been going there all these years!

I always had teachers who lived in Italy and even today with Paolo, who is Italian and his wife Marlei, who are my current teachers!

​

Now, because of the pandemic and that my class, which is Advanced Italian, is a young Mister and Ladies, we are taking online classes and they are being no less fun and very learning!

​

Our classes are a true historical, cultural and gastronomic journey!

​

When, in times of in-person classes, delicious aromas of typical foods such as pizzas, crostats, cantuncinis, "Italian" coffees, "Italian" fortified wines, and other delicacies that, depending on the region we studied, were presented to us by dear teacher Marlei or a colleague who had the opportunity to return to our wonderful country of origin, Italy!

We often comment that the length of stay in Italy when we can travel is being extended more and more, with each new discovery in each new region we study or revisit again, new places to discover and a multitude of opportunities and places to explore!

Studying the Italian language for me is exciting, passionate and a reunion!
